Eat Swell Summer Reboot!

Hey everyone!

I am so super excited!!!  I have a fantastic Reboot program lined up for you. It’s so great I am going to be participating in it with you!

I eat pretty well most of the time but bread, dairy, sugar and even some processed foods have crept their way back into my diet here and there and I can totally feel it and see it! It’s nuts. I feel bloated, my skin is not glowing like it was. I feel more impatient, moody, insecure and just generally unbalanced.!  So, just like our fancy computers that we push to the limit need to be hard restarted every once in a while….SO DO WE!

It really is amazing how quickly you see a difference when you cut these things out. It’s time to go back to the start. Time to REBOOT your system!

This is an elimination program in 15 simple days. Once you get off of the sugar, the white flour, and other foods that may be causing disruptions  to your system you start to realize how many of these things you actually are consuming. You will be more cognizant of what goes into your fridge and into mouth. The affects these inflaming foods have on your body  will be so apparent you will think twice before you indulge because they are “delicious.”  Sometimes it’s totally worth it to splurge but not all the time in our day to day diets.

This is not about starvation, deprivation, eating RAW for 15 days, living on juice and smoothies or anything like that. Thank goodness right!?  I LOVE food!  and you probably do too.  That is why you need to do this and learn to love food in a different way.

This is about eating simply prepared delicious real meals with no rules really.  Well…OK…a few rules….but nothing that is not doable and delicious. You’ll be learning along the way.  A lot of fruits, vegetables, gluten free grains and even a small amount of CLEAN animal protein if you must.
