		<description>[...] How can we balance all of these technological balls in the air with out losing ourselves as humans completely?   I feel like I am constantly checking email. Snapping photos. Uploading to Intsagram. Leaving a facebook status. Commenting. Tweeting. Friending. Retweeting. Unfriending. Writing a blog post. Youtube. Etsy. Craiglsist. The boyfriend says he can&#8217;t tell where the interface ends and the girl begins. He&#8217;s a little dramatic but honestly that kinda scares the crap out of me.  He is very unplugged from the world that is social media.  I admire him for that and I need to manage things better and bring it back to a more sane and balanced level. I have been eating pretty darn good and maybe this is just my brain having super clear thoughts because I already feel as though I am spending less time in front of a screen. I still need to cut back more. In any event it is a step in the right direction. It&#8217;s totally time to unplug. [...]</description>
